Deadlift:

Combat Conditioning:

(1)  2 Mile Ruck Movement, intervals of 200M run, 200M ruck pace. ( Combat uniform + boots)

(2) 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 squats (shorts +tshirt and running shoes)

(3) 3 mile run (shorts + tshirt and running shoes)
